1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FlightMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FlightMind is a professional aviation companion application designed for pilots. The App provides:
- Real-time weather information (METAR, TAF, ATIS)
- Flight tracking and status monitoring
- Document management with AI-powered Q&A
- Aviation calculators (fuel, weight & balance, crosswind)
- Roster management and calendar integration
- Family flight notification services
⚠️ IMPORTANT AVIATION DISCLAIMER: FlightMind is intended as a supplementary tool ONLY. It is NOT certified for operational flight planning and is NOT a replacement for official aviation weather services, NOTAMs, flight planning systems, or any other official aviation resources. Pilots must ALWAYS verify all information through official channels before conducting any flight operations.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
FlightMind offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

50 AI questions/day • 100 flights/month • 10 contacts

Billing Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase
4. In-App Purchases
FlightMind offers Document Page Packs for AI document analysis:
- 100 Pages Pack – 100 document pages for AI processing
- 500 Pages Pack – 500 document pages for AI processing
- 1000 Pages Pack – 1000 document pages for AI processing
- 2500 Pages Pack – 2500 document pages for AI processing
Document pages are consumed when you upload and process documents. Unused pages do not expire.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Not use the App in any manner that could damage or impair our servers
- Verify all aviation-related information through official sources before operational use
- Maintain the security of your account and device
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by FlightMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Aviation Data Disclaimer: Weather data, flight information, NOTAM summaries, and other aviation-related content may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. This information is for reference only and must NOT be used as the sole basis for flight operation decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlightMind operates.
12. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and FlightMind, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). FlightMind, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable)
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
